The coaching sessions are a combination of face-to-face and phone/skype sessions. We start off with a face-to-face session which will be a walking consultation and your first step towards a healthy change.

Prior to your first coaching session, you will need to complete a wellbeing questionnaire, which will provide the foundation for the coaching sessions. It helps us both to determine which areas of your health and wellbeing are most important to you, how ready you are to change and how confident you are around changing certain aspects of your health and wellbeing.
