No need to travel as we come to you for your initial consultation. All follow-up coaching sessions will take place either face-to-face (at a mutually convenient outdoor location), over the phone or on Skype.
As we like to encourage physical activity, our face-to-face consultations take place outdoors, as a walking consultation. We usually find a nice location that works well for you and us.
As part of the coaching process, we provide you with ongoing support via email or text messages to make sure you stay on track.
We will also provide you with a range of resources that are relevant to you and will help you reach our goals. These could be weekly planners, food diaries, exercise handouts and other resources.
WE ALSO OFFER
One-on-one or group tours of your nearest supermarket to make you aware of the foods/aisles that you should avoid, what to go for instead and what to look for on labels to make sure you buy healthy every time.
Fridge, freezer and pantry cleanouts
Is your pantry full of unhealthy foods or are you unsure about what’s good and what’s bad for you? We’d love to assist you in the process of freeing your pantry from the bad stuff to make room for healthy food options.
The power of group dynamics: We also offer group coaching events for a minimum of 5 people. This could be for you and your closest f friends, your exercise buddies, your work colleagues etc. We can tailor the content to suit your group and your desired outcomes.
