Fridge, freezer and pantry cleanouts

Is your pantry full of unhealthy foods or are you unsure about what’s good and what’s bad for you? We’d love to assist you in the process of freeing your pantry from the bad stuff to make room for healthy food options.

Supermarket tours

One-on-one or group tours of your nearest supermarket to make you aware of the foods/aisles that you should avoid, what to go for instead and what to look for on labels to make sure you buy healthy every time.

Group Workshops

Min. of 5 people. Possible topics are: ergonomics and incidental exercise at work, ergonomic workstation assessments, Low Carb High Fat lifestyle, group exercise programs

Convenience

No need to travel as "we come to you" for your initial consultation. All follow-up coaching sessions will take place either over the phone or through skype.

Walking sessions

As we like to shake things up a little, our face-to-face consultations will take place outdoors, whilst walking and talking. This could be along the beach or at a park near you.

Support forum

You will have access to our online community. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and get feedback and support from others.

Resources

You will receive resources such as a food diary, a weekly planner as well as other materials relevant to your goals. Weekly email reminders will also help keep you on track.
