HOW HEALTH COACHING WORKS
Step 1: Identify your reasons to change and what you'd like to achieve

Step 3: Develop strategies with your coach to help you stay on track
Step 4: Gain momentum and feel empowered to take responsibility for your own wellbeing
Step 5: Form healthy habits & lasting change
No need to travel as we come to you for your initial consultation. All follow-up coaching sessions will take place either face-to-face (at a mutually convenient outdoor location), over the phone or on Skype.
As we like to encourage physical activity, our face-to-face consultations take place outdoors, as a walking consultation. We usually find a nice location that works well for you and us.
As part of the coaching process, we provide you with ongoing support via email or text messages to make sure you stay on track.
We will also provide you with a range of resources that are relevant to you and will help you reach your goals. These could be weekly planners, food diaries, exercise handouts and other resources.
